Absence of Structure and Stability

Many socio-economic deprived neighborhoods and families cultures are characterized as drop-in culture, just like fades, they come and go. The aforementioned usually spells in incomplete and/or inconsistent family units and result in youth dropping out of school, resisting structure and stability and ultimately this behavior transcends to adult behavior. This lack of structure usually means people live close to the edge with little stability or security. At any level, long-term commitment and consistency becomes rare.
